Ingredients :
- 500 grams long grain rice
- 500 ml cold water
- 3 frozen cod pieces (boneless & skinless)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chinese five spice powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup frozen sweetcorn
- 1 veg stock cube
Method :
- Place rice, water, seasonings and cod into a rice cooker and cook until rice and cod are cooked around 15 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and sweetcorn to the rice cooker mix with cod and rice, cover and leave for 5 minutes or until peas and corn are heated through.
- Serve on a plate top with soy sauce as an optional extra and enjoy!
