Ingredients :
- 5 small Pint mason jars with lids
- 1/2 gallon Good quality vodka
- 4 medium navel oranges
- 1 lb Fresh cranberries
- 5 stick Cinnamon
Method :
- Mash cranberries and add a handful to each jar
- Peel large chunks of orange rind (just the orange part) and place three or four pieces in each jar
- Place one stick of cinnamon in each jar
- Pour vodka into jars
- Cover tightly with lids and store in a cool dry place for up to a week
- Shake once or twice a day to help speed the infusion process
