
Ingredients :
- 12 oz chicken
- pasta, your pick
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 2 bell peppers, green ,red
- 1 mexican spices packet
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 can tomato with green chile's
- 2 clove garlic. minced
- 1 large onion. diced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 large avocados diced
- cilantro
- green onions
Method :
- Slice dice your chicken breast. Add mexican spices to your liking
- Heat pan. Add oil , Add chicken to a large saute or pot. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes . Transfer to a plate .
- Dice vegetables. Add bell peppers and onion to pan . Cook until soft about 7 minutes. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add to chicken plate.
- Add tomatoes with green chile"s, chicken broth, and pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover. Cook on medium. Stir/shake pot to mix often.
- Add chicken plate to pasta mix. Add sour cream to pot. Mix. Cook about 3 minutes.
- Top with avocados, cilantro, and green onions.
