Ingredients :
- 9 inch frozen pie crust
- 3/4 C peanut butter
- 1 C confectioners sugar
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool whip
- 2 C milk, fat free if you desire, for pudding
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Bake pie crust according to package and let cool. Prick crust with fork before baking.
- Mix the peanut butter and conf. sugar together making sprinkles. Make the pudding according to package.
- Sprinkle 1/2 sprinkles into cooled pie crust. Put in the pudding mixture. Cover with cool whip (as much as you want for top) and put the other 1/2 of the sprinkles on top. Chill for an hour and serve.
