
Ingredients :
- 1 9-inch Pie Crust
- 8 oz Pecan Halves
- Filling
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Liquor
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together filling ingredients thoroughly.
- Spread all but a handful of the pecan halves into pie shell.
- Pour filling mixture over the pecans in the pie shell. Top with remaining handful of pecan halves.
- Bake at 350°F 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean out of center.
