Ingredients :
- 5 lb chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb yukon gold potatoes
- 2 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method :
- Heat oil.
- Add chicken, brown on all sides.
- Place potatoes, onions and garlic in slow cooker and top with chicken.
- Stir together honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
