Recipe Choux paste

Ingredients :

• 2 eggs
• 50 grams refined flour
• 25 grams margarine or butter
• 125 ml water

Method :

1. Heat water and fat together
2. When it comes to boil add flour whisking continuesly avoiding lumps
3. Remove from fire and add eggs 1 at time
