Ingredients :
- 1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 small can of green beans
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of cream of celery soup
- 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- Optional 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
Method :
- Brown ground meat and chopped onion. Drain.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
