Ingredients :
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 3 tbs freshly chopped chives
- 3 tbs freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomato juice (optional)
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)
Method :
- Finely chop all veggies add all other ingredients and serve with nacho chips
