Recipe Spelt press cookies

Ingredients :

• 300 g spelt wholegrain flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 100 g sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 115 g butter
• 180 ml milk
• 6 g orange peel
• 10 g vanilla sugar

Method :

1. First mix together all dry ingredients. Add all the liquids. Mix untill smooth structure. Let it rest in the fridge or cool place for 1 hour.
2. With the press machine make small piles of cookies. Bake them on 180°C for about 12 minutes.
