
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless chicken breast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- salt to tast
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2/3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
Method :
- Place chicken in a zip-lock plastic bag. Combine buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, dijon mustard, and honey; add to bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.
- Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, add chicken and cook until chicken reaches 165°F
