Ingredients :
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 tomatillo
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP pepper
- 2 TSP fajita seasoning
Method :
- Drain beans. Wash and shell if desired for smoother texture.
- Chop garlic, tomatillo, jalapeño and avocado.
- Juice lime.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix with immersion blender until desired consistency is reached or use food processor.
- Enjoy!
