Ingredients :
- 2 tortilla
- 14 slice pepperoni
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup marinara
- 2 tbsp green pepper
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- On pizza pan, lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1/3 cup cheese across tortilla, and cover with other tortilla.
- Spread marinara across top tortilla. Cover with remaining cheese.
- Mix parmesan cheese, basil, and thyme together. Sprinkle evenly over cheese.
- Wash and dice veggies. Spread evenly across top. Top with pepperoni, evenly spread out.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. Halfway through, stop to push down edges of top tortilla.
