- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Slice 2 Large Bananas up and lay on greaseproof paper onna tray. Pop them in the freezer until rock solid.
- Measure out the Cocoa Powder (Dark Chocolate ones are usually Vegan, always check the label) and Maple Syrup (Golden Syrup also works, its just add depth of flavour)
- Using a blender mix the Bananas until smooth, then add the other ingredients and mix again.
- You can either serve now or refreeze for later. I have tried mixing the bananas with the other ingredients without freezing first but they dont mix as well in my blender, might have better results with newer models!
