Ingredients :
- 1 pound chicken, cubed
- 2 Tbsp Unrefined Coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp Seasame oil
- 1/4 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
Method :
- Heat oils in skillet.
- Combine flour and seasonings in bowl and toss cubed chicken
- Remove chicken from pan
- Combine all other ingredients in skillet and heat, gradually add a bit of the remaining flour that coated chicken to thicken sauce.
- Serve with steamed broccoli and brown rice or quinoa.
