Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup whole coriander seeds
- 2 tbs whole Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp whole mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp whole Anise seeds
- 1 tbsp whole fenugreek seed
- 1 tbsp whole allspice berries
- 5 tbsp ground turmeric
Method :
- Combine the coriander seeds, came in seeds, mustard seeds, and the seeds, fenugreek seeds, and the allspice berries in a skillet. Toast over medium heat until the colour of the spices slightly darken, and the spices are very fragrant this will take approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove the spices from the skillet and allow to call to room temperature. Grind the spices with the turmeric in a spice grinder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature preferably in a dark place
