- 3 pounds St Louis style ribs
- 1/3 cup yellow prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit
- Remove silver skin from ribs. Trim to fit pan. Save the end piece
- Add mustard and honey on both sides of ribs
- Spread it evenly over the rib bake about 45 minutes till done.
- When done let sit 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
