Ingredients :
- 6 oz bag pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries or craisins
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T honey
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp orange zest
Method :
- Heat sugar, honey, salt, and pepper in a non-stick pan on medium until it starts to bubble.
- Stir in pecans and coat well. Once coated, turn off heat and stir in cherries and zest.
- Spread out on non-stick pan and bake at 250° for another hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool.
