Recipe Creamy salsa dip from scratch

Ingredients :

• 1 roma tomato
• 1 1/2 tablespoons onion
• 1 clove garlic minced
• Sprinkle of salt and pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon mrs.dash seasoning
• 1/8 teaspoon basil
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon cream cheese
• to taste lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon grated cucumber
• 1 tablespoon grated apple (any kind)

Method :

1. Chop tomato and onion finely
2. Mince garlic and add to tomato and onion
3. Grate in cucumber and apple
4. Add lemon juice and vinegar and mix
5. Add salt, pepper, mrs.dash, crushed red pepper flakes, and basil to mixture
6. Add cream cheese and stir lightly until cream cheese is mixed in
7. Chill for best taste and serve with tortilla chips
