Ingredients :
- 3 cups ground nuts, any variety
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Method :
- Preheat oven to 180C or 350F
- Prepare cookie sheet (the cookies will stick! I used aluminium foil to line my sheets but had to peel the cookies off very carefully. Would suggest parchment paper or glass tray)
- Use preground nuts or grind your nuts
- Add egg whites
- Add orange juice
- Mix ingredients together
- Place spoonfuls of mixture on prepared cookie sheet
- Bake at 180C or 350F for 20 minutes
