Recipe Fried Eggplant

Resep Fried Eggplant

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 slice eggplant
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • olive oil, extra virgin

Method :
  1. Heat pan on med high. Add oil to pan.
  2. Dip eggplant in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
  3. Cook on each side until golden brown...... Enjoy!
