Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked pasta ( I always use more than it says, helps make more servings)
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa (mild, med. or hot.your choice) you can add more salsa to your liking
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Seasoning salt and pepper
Method :
- Add pasta and salsa. Cook over medium heat until pasta is done. Stiring often.
- Add soup and cook until heated through.
- Top with shredded cheese
